At TherapyMart.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide genuine alternative therapy equipment, wellness devices, healthcare products, educational materials, and accessories of the highest quality. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this Refund and Return Policy explains the terms under which returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds may be processed. By placing an order on TherapyMart.in, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Orders may be cancelled by the customer at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted. Customers may refuse delivery at the time of arrival if they no longer wish to receive the product. TherapyMart reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment verification issues, suspected fraudulent activity, legal restrictions, logistical limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If an order is cancelled by TherapyMart before shipment, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days.
Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund if they receive a damaged product, defective product, incorrect product, incomplete shipment, or a product that substantially differs from the description displayed on the website. Return requests must generally be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery unless a different return period is specified on the product page. To initiate a return request, customers may be required to provide order details, photographs of the product, packaging images, videos showing the issue, and any additional information requested by our support team.
Returned products must be in their original condition with all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, labels, packaging materials, complimentary items, and other included contents. Products showing signs of misuse, abuse, unauthorized repairs, physical damage caused after delivery, water damage, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund. TherapyMart reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any refund or replacement request.
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, customization, regulatory, or digital delivery reasons. These may include personal care items, consumable products, downloadable digital content, online courses, educational programs, customized products, special-order items, clearance products, and products specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page. However, damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products may still be considered for replacement or refund after verification.
Where eligible, TherapyMart may provide a replacement product instead of a refund. Replacement requests are subject to stock availability and product verification. If an identical replacement is unavailable, TherapyMart may offer an alternative product, store credit, partial refund, or full refund at its sole discretion. Generally, only one replacement may be issued per eligible order unless otherwise approved by TherapyMart.
Where pickup service is available, TherapyMart may arrange collection of the returned product from the customer’s address. During pickup and inspection, the product must match the original order and include all components supplied at the time of delivery. The product should not contain missing parts, broken components, severe scratches, dents, unauthorized modifications, or signs of misuse. Original packaging should be retained whenever possible. Return requests may be rejected if the product fails inspection or does not meet the conditions specified in this policy.
Once a returned product has been received and approved after inspection, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds are generally processed through the original payment method used for the purchase. UPI refunds may take approximately 3–7 business days, while card payments, net banking transactions, and other payment methods may require 5–10 business days or longer depending on the banking institution. International refunds may require additional processing time. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, installation fees, service charges, and similar costs may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by TherapyMart.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for return shipping expenses unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered product. International customers are also responsible for complying with local import regulations and any customs-related requirements applicable in their country. TherapyMart cannot guarantee the acceptance of returned products that are restricted under local regulations.
Products covered under manufacturer warranty or TherapyMart warranty support may be directed to authorized service centers or warranty service providers instead of being refunded immediately. Warranty eligibility, repair procedures, replacement decisions, and coverage limitations shall be governed by the specific warranty terms applicable to the product.
TherapyMart reserves the right to refuse return, replacement, or refund requests in cases involving fraudulent claims, repeated abuse of return policies, intentional product damage, product substitution, missing components, unauthorized chargebacks, or any attempt to misuse the return process. We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or replace this Refund and Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version published on TherapyMart.in shall apply to all purchases and transactions.
TherapyMart shall not be liable for delays in processing returns, refunds, replacements, or deliveries resulting from natural disasters, pandemics, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, customs delays, labor disputes, technical failures, cyber incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
