This Warranty Support Policy explains how customers can obtain warranty assistance, warranty claim services, repairs, replacements, and technical support for products purchased from TherapyMart.in.

Missing documentation does not automatically invalidate warranty coverage if valid proof of purchase is available.

Warranty service timelines may vary depending on product type, manufacturer procedures, spare part availability, diagnostic requirements, service center workload, logistics, customs procedures, and geographical location. TherapyMart cannot guarantee specific repair or replacement completion dates.

If a manufacturer, service center, or warranty provider does not respond within a reasonable period, customers may contact TherapyMart for assistance. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate communication with the manufacturer; however, final warranty decisions and resolutions may remain under the control of the respective manufacturer or service provider.

If a customer is dissatisfied with warranty service received from a manufacturer, authorized service center, or service partner, they may contact TherapyMart with complete details of the issue. We will review the complaint and attempt to facilitate communication or resolution wherever reasonably possible.

TherapyMart reserves the right to reject warranty claims involving fraudulent activities, false representations, altered products, counterfeit products, missing serial numbers, unauthorized modifications, intentional damage, or violations of warranty terms.

Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. Warranty benefits are generally non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
